Shaturday was my moanday after the texass vacation. I worked with Kim. We did a story about the MS walk.
Sunday I was live with Lori in the morning. We didn't have any lives set up. We ended up doing a housefire in KCK where it appears to have been set. I worked with Kim. We had only a vo to shoot on a firefighter memorial mass at St. Pius X in Mission.
Moanday when I turned on the noose, it was bad. There was a campus shooting at Virginia Tech. It appears that over 30 people are dead. I worked with Tess today on a story about family members here who have a student at Virginia Tech.

Nancy and I had a little road trip to Larryville. Over there in the background is the Eldridge Hotel. It has been rebuilt on that spot about 5 times. Twice because it was burned. Once by "slave staters" when Lawrence became the free state capitol of Kansas, and once by Willian Quantrills raiders when they sacked Lawrence in 1863 in retalliation of the collapse of the jail in Kansas City that killed some pro-southern sympathisers in retalliation of Jayhawker forces burning Osceola Missouri.
Two's Day I went with Nancy. We headed to Larryville first, but that story crashed -- so we went to the city to do our tax story -- "deep in the heart of taxes."
Winds Day I was on vo patrol.
I was on vo patrol today. One of my assignments was to cover John speaking at the downtown Kansas City main library for the Women's Executive International event. I had plenty of time before my assignment was to begin, so I discovered the great roof terrace that the Library has. The building it is in is a former bank building and is definitely an improvement over the old library home. A lot of lofts have developed around this new "library" district.
Yestiddie I was out and about on my day off. I took Tima to the dawg park among other things. We were at Union Station in the moaning.
Today I'm not feeling super productive, but I am enjoying the weather. While I was driving there was a guy on NPR talking about a book he wrote about writing a book. The main thing he said was that if you want to get serious, dedicate at least an hour and a half to writing. Good luck with that. Being somewhat inspired -- I created a new page called Freight Train.

Yeah, yeah, that's why I did it -- it is not because I have trouble with that i before e thing and all it's exceptions. It is not that I can't even speel the very object of my hobby;p
Anywayz, I'm at YJ's writin in my puter. Tima is outside as Suyen and I may be going to Larryville later and I wanted to bring the dawg along to get her off that leash in the yard. Yes, she has been a bad dog escaping over the fence every chance she gets, so we have to chain her up in the yard until we can figger out how to keep her from going "over the wall."
Since Tima has been a bad dog and escaping from the yard every chance she gets, we have to keep her on a leash. Not much of a life. So, today I decided to bring her with me on my errands for a change of scenery plus Suyen and I may be going to Larryville later. So here is Tima out in front of YJ's.
