Up, dressed, headed to woik via 169. I went "live" with the new dashcam setup. So far so good. I loaded van 2. We got our new decals on them. I went to QT to put gas in van 2 and to get some vittles.

We went to 119th and Hardy for recycling and a shredder operation. We did our lives. We heard and followed a car chase in KCK on the scanner. It turned out that it was the KCK prisoner who has been on the run all week. When we got done, Lori went home. I had to get my phone from her.

I was sent to Lees Summit for a karate event. Then I went to the Negro Leagues for some ball players touring the museum, Then I went to Gardner for a big pot bust, then I came back. I gassed van 2 at QT and put it up.

I headed to woik early. Fritz gave me JW's old 2003 Trailblazer. It is a much better car than old unit 13 -- a 2000 Chevy Blazer. It is ironic that once I got my stuff organized for the 2008 storm chasing season, I trade cars. I had to recombobulate my system, but I eventually got it all worked out -- mostly.

Meagan and I headed for the Johnson County Kansas Courthouse on a story that fell through. So we went to KCI on our backup story.

I went back homo and got the new dvd player to working. I started batching the Life of Pain part of the Billy Christ Benefit. I then started the new dashcam timelapse before getting ready for woik. I headed to woik, but realized I left my phones at homo, so I had to turn around and get them. I got to woik a little late. It is raining and starting to ice outside. 1 to 3" of snow is expected.
