00:00 to 02:00 -- Mark and I stayed up and talked. 02:00 to 09:00 -- Zzzz 09:00 to 11:00 -- We all got up and around, 3 s' 11:00 to 12:00 -- We et at a nice diner type place called the Flying Tortilla. 12:00 to 15:00 -- We said bye to Russell, as he had to work. Mark took us on a driving tour up into the mountains before he too had to leave for a hair appointment. 15:00 to 00:00 -- We headed for home. In eastern New Mexico the area was so unpopulated that we didn't see cars for 50 mile or more stretches. We stopped on the OK, NM border for gas, the first civilization for over 100 miles. We got some KFC in Liberal Kansas. Halloween was in full swing with the obnoxious teens in costumes and booze. Wednesday, November 04, 2009

Santa Fe to Pratt Kansas -- stayed too late in Santa Fe, drove all night
