After doing our lives at the Zoo, tearing down and being escorted out, we headed to the BP station on Broadway where there was an overnight triple shooting...

We went to the campus where there was a shooting at a party overnight. No one was injured. We went in and talked to the President of the university and the Chief of public safety. The town and the campus seem really charming.

We drove to Nebraka Furriture Mart, we found it closes at 6 on Sunday. We went to Jumpin' Catfish to eat seafood....

I headed to Hayes. It is the first time I've ever been there. The food is good diner fare. The building is a Valentine Diner. I was told by the manager that the diner was delivered in 1960. Mr. and Mrs. Hayes had a hamburger stand before that which opened in 1955. The Hayes still own and operate the diner, having handed the business down to a son, who is still in charge. After eating at Hayes, I headed over to the Antioch Mall. It is what you would call a dead mall, or nearly so. There are probably about 5 stores left in the place, and one of those is seasonal -- Spirit Halloween store.

I met Suyen at YJ's. She got pissed at me when I reminder her that I was doing the show with boB. I got pissed back when I told her that I had been planning this for 2 months and that I had told her everytime about those plans. We were ticked at each other through the Novena mass at Redemptorist. Father Shea was presiding. He thanked us for the Housewarming party. It is we who are grateful to him for performing the house blessing.
