5:30am - 7:30am I loaded van 2. Lori and I went to KCK where there had been a rolling gun battle downtown.

Lori and I were live at the Weeler downtown airport where there was a kids airshow going on.

11:30am - 12:30pm I brough Lori back. I had brunch at YJ's. I had eggs, bacon and fruit plus a iced soy latte.

5:00pm - 6:00pm I hung out after editing my stuff. It is Byrons last day. He was a great editor at Fox 4, very friendly and nice. We are going to miss him.
6:00pm - 9:00pm I met Suyen at YJ's. We went to Mama's off of Antioch where she met up with some women from the Redemptorist chior. Then we headed homo.
9:00pm - 11:00pm Hung out at homo. JW called. They need somebody to go to Neosho, Missouri early as there had been a church shooting about 14:00 today. We went to YJ's. There was no jazz. We took Tima for a walk around the crossroads instead.

12:00am - 9:00am Zzzzz
9:00am - 11:00am I got up. Showered, dressed. Woiked on the puter. Got some stuff packed in my puter bag for the trip, and headed out to woik.
11:00am - 3:00pm Leslie and I headed out down 71 hwy to Neosho. We stopped in Nevada for a gas and bathroom and vittles break. We arrived in Neosho about 3ish.
3:00pm - 6:20pm We arrived at the Freebird van. Leslie started logging, I got the puter up so she could log. Rob and Donovan headed back. I had to edit between 16:00 and 16:30. We rushed to the Sheriffs hq to get the Governors Presser. He didn't arrive until 16:45. We got what we could of it, then we headed to the truck to do our 17:00 hit. We did that, then we had a 17:30 hit for KTVI. Then we had a 18:00 hit for us again. Then we had a 18:10 hit for Fox News. Leslie was about to pass out from the heat by the last one.

6:20pm - 7:30pm We interviewed the head pastor of the church. Then we headed out to Goodman to where the Pastor who was killed, lives. Family and friends were having a gathering there. We interviewed the pastors brother. Then we headed back, stopping only at Wendy's so I could get some vittles.
7:30pm - 9:15pm We rushed through logging and editing. We had to float for 9. We did our 9 liveshot.

We stopped at the Caseys there, went to the bathroom, asked for directions, and got pizza and Coke Zero. Then I drove us all the way back once we found our way to 44, then 71 off of old route 66. I called boB on the way homo. He is in San Francisco.

I had to load van 2. Wasn't given my 20 mins. I had to get gas. We went to meet the MAST supervisor. We went to a place where the ambulance was picking up a victim of heat exhaustion on Cheauteau.

2:30pm - 4:15pm Tess and I headed to the northeast area where Elder Cool is bringing an air conditioner to an 82 year old man.

We then went to the Bishop Sullivan Center where elder cool is run out of to interview the director of the elder cool program.
4:15pm - 5:30pm Tess and I got Suyen and we ate at Jeruselem Bakery.
5:15pm - 8:35pm We went with the MAST Ambulance supervisor. We followed him around on a heat story. We then headed back after shooting a lot of stuff with the GL-2. I edited in John W's avid bay.
5:30pm - 9:00pm Tess and I dropped Suyen off at her car at MTN. Then we went HBO. I batched everything in Avid 3. After Tess was done writing, she was sent on breaking news with Jason, while I edited. The prosecutor just pressed charges against the husband of the woman who was thrown from her balcony window at the Plaza Point Apartments. I edited the package, and edited the stuff for Tess' lives.
9:35pm - 10:15pm I drove out to the Plaza Point apartments and relieved Jason who is due to get off at 21:30. I did Tess' 10 live. Then we tore down and came back.

12:30pm - 3:30pm -- I headed out. I first went to Mom's woik and gave her the UPS box and Fedex thing for dad. Then I headed to Electronic Services and got Suyen's Olympus. It cost $79.00. Then I drove to Bates City to see to the trailer. I found the laptop bag and mowed the grass.
3:30pm - 5:00pm -- I headed homo via 24 through Buckner. I stopped at Caseys in Buckner and had a slice of pizza and some water. I stopped by the train store, but he was closed.
5:00pm - 6:00pm -- I got homo right behind Suyen. We relaxed.
6:00pm - 6:30pm -- Mowed the Grass
6:30pm - 7:00pm -- Showered. Debbie and Matthew came over. Dressed. We headed out to Tanners
7:00pm - 8:00pm -- Tanners with Debbie, Suyen and Matthew
8:45pm - 9:50pm -- YJ's. I had a soy latte.

10:30pm - 11:59pm -- I headed out to Union Station/Pencoyd bridge with Tima. I shot the Southwest Chief, train #3 which was late tonight.
