22:22 -- On Shaturday I woiked with Kim on the oily shift. We shot a handball tournament in Kansas City, Kansas.

Afterward we went to Independence to cover a story about volunteers trying to cover up grafitti. Suyen and I went to the JC Penny outlet and got a small bueareau. We went to Debbies after and then she took us to the Jacomo lake fest.

Sonday I woiked with Kim oily. We did the Youth triathlon at the Jewish community center in OP.

23:51 -- I woiked with Dave. Here is our story today. I got the Cherrybomb back today, but they couldn't fix the back hatch, so I had to put it in the body shop. I'm driving the red van instead. I had to eat some carbs during our liveshot. We went from the parking lot of el Maguey. I had 3 tamales and a coke. I was running out of steam so bad all day that I had to do something. After I ate one tamale I felt so much better. The other two are in the fridge. I also felt really full. Mmmmm.

17:35 -- It is the one year anniversary of the Clinton Elks Lodge collapse. We are here doing liveshots. There will be a candlight vigil tonight commemorating the collapse. I brought the puter so's we have the internet here, so we are Looking at the stuff from one year ago....

01:38 -- Windsday I woiked with Nancy. Windsday was rainy all day. We first started on the Phil Kline/ Paul Morrison fight. We went to Johnson County Kansas to talk to the Prosecutors PR person. At 18:00, we got switched to breaking news.

It rained today, and there were some interesting clouds. I had to call on some to see if there was severe weather. We had some suspicious clouds over south Kansas City. I know there was a derecho -- which is a horizontally rotating cloud. It is usually indicative of downdrafts coming out of a thunderstorm. It can be accompanied by straight line winds. I suspect that what we were seeing were the edges of the dercho, where the air was rotating vetically. It didn't amount to anything, but even in the poor quality of the video reproduction, you can see the rotation, and why we thought the clouds looked suspicious.

13:36 -- It is still raining. There are flash flood warnings to the south. Yestiddy I went to Nebraska Furriture Mart. I looked around at all the fire sales. Suyen got a raise yestiddy. So's to celebrate, we went to Blue Koi. Then we went to YJ's. It is nice on days like this to sit here and watch it rain. Then we went to the trailer. The van is still there. I emptied one of the racks. Instead of giving these nice quality racks away to some bozo, I'm going to use them in the garage as part of my work bench. We went to Cargo Lardass and I found a fold up ladder at a good price. We headed towards homo, and I called boB. He is in town with his brother, so I dropped Suyen off at MTN to get her car, and I met boB at the Recoid bah. He, Chris (from Phantom Enemy) and I went to YJ's and waited on John. John didn't come 'til 02:30.

Now I'm off to have the Odyssey's ol changed.

00:36 -- I went to the trailer to do some sorting and to get some stuff. Suyen bought some office furniture from her woik, so we had to load that. Surprisingly it went in the super boo boo with the deck lid tied. We et at Oklahoma Joes after doing that.
