Hell Freezes Over

So Friday's sleet storm gave me the perfect excuse to stay in. I had to work Saturday and Sunday, however. On Saturday, I came in at 10, only to find my schedule had been changed to 14:30 to 22:20. So no problem. I got the cherrybomb and picked up Suyen. We blitzed on out to Bates City to make sure our trailer didn't freeze. I turned on the heat and ran the water in all the sinks, plus I put anti freeze in the toilets. On Saturday, I had to go out in the weather with monica. First we did a vo/sot on people ice skating at Crown Center. Our package was on tow trucks in the ice. We followed Allmighty Tow
around.

Here is the view from the Summit Overpass. Monica and I went live from here Saturday night for our story about tow trucks in the storm.

I worked with Bob yesterday on the KDOT crews. Here is our Story
. We were live on the front lawn.

I then came home tired. Something about working in these conditions makes you especially tired.

This morning I got up to guide Suyen into work. Even though it's a holiday (Martin Luther King day) there were still a lot of rush hour assidents. Some of them were bad. I got Suyen to woik ok. I was hungry on the way home so I stopped at town topic on Baltimore. It was snowing pretty good.

On my way back home, I stopped by Town Topic and shot this picture looking up Baltimore of the light snow we got.

I decided on the way back to stop at Santa Fe Junction Interlocking to get some trains.

I found a bazillion pictures (actually 54) that Suyen took with our other camera. I will upload them in a slideshow
.
