18:47 -- Suyen and I are sitting in Hatties Coffeehouse in Prarie Village, Kansas. We just stopped at KC Mabuhay to check it out. I had to go in to woik to fill out my timesheet -- oopss, I forgot. Today we hung out around the house and got some things organized. I put that beta deck for sale on ebay, my first time selling. Good luck to me.

Yestiddy I was with Steve. We did a story on Ride of Silence. A bunch of cyclists got together to ride in memorial of those who have been killed as a pedestrian or cyclist. The family of the guy who was shot and killed while riding a bike last November in Raytown were there.

Suyen is starting Herbalife today.
